We perform all types of repairs on JURA devices (full services, repairs, spare parts, maintenance).

In order to guarantee top-of-the-range advice and to always be at the cutting edge of technology, our technicians carry out continuous training courses every year.

The warranty devices are also taken care of by us.
(copy of the purchase invoice or receipt required).

All work is carried out in our workshop in Geneva by our qualified staff, we are not an additional intermediary in the repair chain.

Repair times

Our repair times are generally between 4 to 7 days for individuals.

Professionals benefit from a rapid response within 24 hours (working days), with the loan of a replacement machine, free for devices purchased in our store, 100.00 CHF HT* if not.

Commissioning

For all devices purchased in our store, we carry out a personalized commissioning.
To this end, we set together a day and a time which is convenient for you.

Commissioning includes:

  • First ignition of the device and standard configuration.
  • Filling the watertank and fill the coffee bean container (with our succulent Moccador coffee) in order to prepare coffees together.
  • Complete demonstration of how you can program your device.
  • Demonstration of milk specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc.) for devices offering it.
  • Demonstration of the different maintenance programs.
  • Tasting a great cup of coffee and listening to all your questions about your new purchase.

In the end you will be the owner of a coffee machine that you know and that will hold no secrets for you.
We obviously remain at your disposal by phone (or other) in case of problem.

It will take ~ 01h00 to make the complete tour of your device.

The right product for the right person

At Espace Services Gabert S.A, we do not make our sales based on our stocks. Every customer is different and has different needs.

  • What is the logic behind selling a device for private use, ~ 10 coffees / day, to a professional who will have a flow rate of around 40 coffees / day?
  • In the same way, why sell a machine which is initially designed to make 60 coffees / day to a single person who will only make 2 coffees / day ?
  • Why would we sell you a device focused on milk specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc.) when you are only a fan of black coffee?

We unfortunately see these cases too often and practically all of these sales come from the mass distribution or internet online shopping.
