The ENA 5 is characterised by the high standard of the compact class, combined with JURA’s innovative technologies. It presents itself as a coffee-only automatic machine that satisfies the desire for something special. The TFT touchscreen of the ENA 5 shows the three brewing methods against different background colours, offering coffee-lovers a simple visual guide through the menu. Classic: Hot Brew

Intense espresso and hot-brewed coffee — the ENA 5 prepares both classics to perfection. To bring out the most nuanced flavours from every bean, it uses the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®), optimising the extraction time for maximum aroma and barista-quality espresso. The hot brew delivers a refined, characteristic coffee note that can be easily adapted to individual taste preferences.

Exceptional: Cold Brew

The ENA 5 opens the door to the refreshing world of cold-extracted coffee specialities. At the touch of a button, it prepares genuine Cold Brews using JURA’s Cold Extraction Process: cold water pulses slowly through freshly ground coffee under high pressure, in line with the espresso method. The result is a naturally energising drink that highlights the fruity, aromatic essence of the beans.

New world of indulgence: Light Brew

With the Light Extraction Process, JURA introduces a true innovation in the ENA 5. The Light Brew is crafted at approximately 60 °C using less coffee than the classic Hot Brew, creating a new and unique taste profile — smooth, mild, and ready to drink. Coffee lovers will appreciate its delicate, airy aroma and its gentle balance of flavour and freshness.

Cleaning the machine

Cleaning extends the life of your coffee machine and keeps the coffee quality at the highest level. Only use JURA cleaning tablets, which are specially designed to work with the cleaning programme.

Changing the filter

Thanks to the integrated RFID (Radio-Frequency-Identification) chip, the CLARIS Smart continuously records information about filter use and alerts the user when the filter capacity has been used up. CLARIS Smart is automatically detected by the coffee machine and water is automatically routed through it.

Descaling the machine

Scale is the biggest enemy of any appliance that uses water. Only use JURA descaling tablets, which remove scale gently to extend the life of your coffee machine.
