Unlike conventional cold coffees made from chilled hot brews, extraction here takes place with cold water pulsed at high pressure. The result is a natural, energising beverage that reveals the coffee’s fruity aromas without the bitterness – a true Cold Brew, not just cold coffee.

With 35 coffee specialities available, the GIGA W10 offers endless possibilities. The intuitive interface lets you tailor every beverage to individual taste preferences – perfect for customers, guests or colleagues. Try a flat white with an extra shot for more intensity, or explore any drink as a Cold Brew variant using the Cold Extraction Process. The new water bypass function also enables longer barista-style specialities, hot or cold, expanding the creative potential of your menu.

Professional performance comes from precision engineering. The GIGA W10 integrates two high-performance ceramic disc grinders, each paired with a 650 g bean container. This setup allows you to assign the perfect bean type for each preparation—for example, a bold roast for hot coffee and a fruity blend for Cold Brew. Whichever you choose, every cup is freshly ground, not capsuled, in line with JURA’s uncompromising coffee philosophy.

The GIGA W10 features the advanced Pocket Pilot 2.0 system for seamless cashless payment and remote management—no extra infrastructure required. Enabled by the integrated Payment Connect module, this web-based platform is free, requires no local software installation, and offers real-time access to machine data.
